From fun sweets to the world's greatest sweetland and playscape... BonBon-Land first came about because the owner's son wanted to try out some new sweets from his father's sweet factory, BonBon. He immediately exclaimed: "They taste good - but they look like dog farts!" This became their name. The same thing happened with all the other new sweets. Children gave them names like Sewer Sludge, Rubbish Tip, Seagull Droppings, etc. The imaginative owner soon came up with a few characters to suit the names. You can see the characters on the sweet bags, but you will also meet them throughout the amusement park, where they have been helping to give visitors a really great day out since 1992. Welcome! |
