JARDIN EXOTIQUE DE ROSCOFF

This garden's favoured climate enables it to grow 1.6 hectares of plants from the southern hemisphere - Australia, Chile and South Africa. The landscaping takes the form of a massive rock-garden, where Ficoïdes and Gazanias blaze. Lively waterfalls and polls add a cooling note. From the 18-metre high granite cliffs you have a panoramic view over the garden and the Bay of Morlaix. The unusual and amazing bloom of over 2,000 species, some of them very rare in cultivation, form a welcome change of surroundings for visitors. Exploiting the picturesqueness of the site, the designer has taken advantage of the natural exuberance of some plants and has created new vantage points and unexpected features within the garden.
